Claims
Today, a large number of sites and facilities
face the cost of environmental cleanup stemming in whole or in part
from the production of war materiel. In some cases, this may extend
back to World War I or through the Vietnam War. Ridgeline assists
clients evaluate the likelihood that they may have a claim against
the United States Government to recover some portion of current or
