to respond to pollution conditions and also assists entities
evaluate the use of various EIL policies and other risk management
tools in light of acquisitions, divestitures and Brownfield
transactions.

evaluate claims made against historical Comprehensive and General
Liability as well as Environmental Impairment Liability policies.
This includes determining the magnitude of environmental
contamination and whether pollution conditions likely originated on
the insureds property.
