Acquisition/Divestiture Due Diligence
Ridgeline conducts due diligence on behalf of buyers and sellers of
real property to evaluate environmental issues in light of potential
future risk. On behalf of buyers, Ridgeline will evaluate
environmental issues associated with ongoing operations as well as
whether environmental issues are likely to impact future business
plans. On behalf of sellers, Ridgeline will help evaluate the
potential for future liability stemming from sold or discontinued
operations. In addition, Ridgeline works with sellers to evaluate
the use of risk management alternatives, including environmental
insurance.
